We created extra living space, which included complete remodelling of the first floor, stairwell skylight, two bespoke high specification bathrooms and custom garden design. All completed in 14 weeks.

The best thing we can say about Artifex is that they cared. Every single one of them. From Adam and Damian through to the lowest paid labourer on site, they all treated our home with care and respect.

There were days when there would be 15 people on site and they always made us feel welcome to look around and ask questions. If something wasn’t perfect, it bothered them more than us and they changed it. They were a team and we really appreciated how they supported each other, and us. We didn’t want them to leave (and have been finding things for them to do ever since!)
